Alcohol Legislation
It is against the law to sell or indeed supply intoxicating substances to persons under 18 years of age in the UK. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If our couriers are in doubt of the age of the recipient of an order they will request some form of ID. In the event that this is not satisfied they are not permitted to leave the wine.
Payment
Your payment will be processed through Protx secure server.
The Credit or Debit Card must be submitted with a valid address for the particular card, together with a separate delivery address where applicable.
Invalid card details will result in an order not being dispatched.
Refunds or returns
Goods that arrive damaged must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a FULL refund.
Should the goods show signs of use &/or damage on receipt Sporting Spirits reserve the right to witthold FULL payment and the collection of the goods will be the responsibility of the customer, goods will be held for 30 days from receipt after that they will be disposed of.
Delivery
All prices include VAT
ALL DELIVERIES WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE.
Damage/Loss
Replacement or full refunds are made for any faulty/damaged goods upon receipt of reasonable proof and notification within 48 hours of receipt.
Product substitution
We reserve the right to make amendments when necessary (as in the case of vintage changes). In all instances, substitutions where made will be equal to or greater value than the original.
