Signed Editions

We are enhancing our ranges to include signed bottles, currently we have editions with signatures including Frankie Dettori, Martin Dwyer, Sam Thomas, Ruby Walsh, Seve Ballesteros & Bernard Gallacher. This is an area where we are looking to develop and we are using low numbers to make this an even more exclusive gift. Please keep an eye out in our Signed Edition section as we are constantly updating.

We can assure you these are all indivually hand signed not printed signatures.

Football Legends Collection

We are excited to launch our new Football Legends Collection, the idea was instigated by a commission from one of our artists, Brian Halton. He was attending a local Fottball Club dinner with Bruce Grobbelaar as guest of honour. He created a painting to be auctioned for the evening and asked if we could create a bottle of port also for the auction. As you can see Bruce was more than happy to sign the bottle and it was a great success, with Bruce buying it himself !!

We will be expanding the collection and if you are looking for a particular player the please email us, you never know what we may have in the archives !

At Sporting Spirits we aim to provide a high quality and unusual gift for the sporting enthusiast. We have specialists in all the fields that enable us to provide you a professional end product.

Firstly I have been involved in the import and wholesaling of wines and spirits for the past 25 years and during this time I have established contacts with high quality suppliers and have been able to negotiate exceptional prices which enables the contents of our product to be of high quality and exceptional value. Over the past 2 years I have been thinking about linking my love of sport with my experience and this is where Sporting Spirits evolved.

Having contacted a printing colleague, and experimenting with various paper and printers so that we are able to produce a durable label of high quality, the next stage was to establish associations with the best artists in their particular field, this has now been concluded, and with names on board like Peter Deighan, Jacqueline Stanhope, Brian Halton, Dents Originals etc we are able to use images of the utmost professionalism. You will see that we offer varying styles of art on our labels as we feel like paintings and prints, the end choice of image is very much down to personal taste.

We have already established links with Taunton, Bath, Chepstow and Wetherby racecourses whereby we provide prizes for the winning owners and we are proud to announce that from April we will exhibiting at Bath & Worcester racecourses.
